Alphonse J. Baluta, MD, FACP
Dr. Baluta is a 1968 graduate of Columbia College and a 1977 graduate of Downstate Medical Center in New York.
He completed a three year residency in Internal Medicine at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, and was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1980.
In August 1982, Dr. Baluta moved to Londonderry with his family to begin solo practice as a general internist. In August 2005, he joined Parkland Internal Medicine. Dr. Baluta is affiliated with Parkland Medical Center in Derry.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).
In addition to spending time with his son and his daughter, he enjoys reading and outdoor activities. Dr. Baluta considers himself very fortunate and privileged to live and work in Londonderry.
Tracy E. Meattey, PA
Tracy E. Meattey, PA received her undergraduate training at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH, and obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her Clinical Rotations in Pediatrics, Ambulatory Medicine, Inpatient Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Dermatology, and Orthopedics in Boston. Tracy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining Parkland Physician Services, Tracy worked in a Family Practice setting serving patients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds with a focus on the team approach to health care. She has worked extensively in community medicine and has become proficient in the treatment of a variety of illnesses, such as gynecologic and psychiatric disorders. She has been published in the Journal of Medical Virology for her research on the Prevalence of Human Papillomavirus Genotypes in Women.
Tracy is a native of Massachusetts and was born and raised on Cape Cod. She is married to Dr. Heath Meattey, an Endocrinologist affiliated with Parkland Medical Center and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. In addition to enjoying family time with Dr. Meattey and their beautiful young daughter, Tracy takes pleasure in cooking, photography, drawing, and music.
